All, we are aware of an issue affecting the phone system. We are attempting to correct the issue at this time however, we may need to drop all calls for 10 minutes or so. We are doing our best to avoid taking things completely down at this time.
All, the phone system is showing back online and operating as expected as of 12:35. Some users would have experienced issues between 12:10-12:25, and most users were completely down from 12:25-12:35. We will continue to monitor, but believe all is clear as of this time.
